SimzoLearn Limited is an authorised reseller of Simbound for markets including, but not limited to, North America, United Kingdom and Ireland. Use of Site & Property
Using the Site for browsing and availing of our services is permitted. The content of the Site, including, but not limited to, text, images, logos and graphics are the exclusive property of SimzoLearn Limited, however this excludes trademarks, logos or content owned by our partner companies. The reproduction, modification, sale, or exploitation of the Site or any part thereof for non-permitted commercial purposes is strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorised by SimzoLearn Limited.
SimzoLearn Limited reserves the right to refuse access to the Site, and/or services, and/or the setup of free Instructor accounts.
Delivery & Access
Upon completing a registration form on the Site and requesting access to a Simbound product demonstration or a free Instructor account, your contact details will be shared with Simbound, following a review by SimzoLearn. This sharing is essential to activate your free Instructor account and facilitate your access to the software. We’re committed to ensuring that your experience with software access is straightforward and efficient, and we’re here to assist you throughout the process.
Once your Instructor account has been created, and access provided to the simulation software, you will be required to adhere to Simbound’s terms and conditions. This includes, but not limited to, you accepting responsibility for all activities that occur under your user ID and password. You must immediately notify SimzoLearn or Simbound of any unauthorised use of your password or account by sending an e-mail to: support@simzolearn.com or support@simbound.com.
SimzoLearn may disable your user username and password at our sole discretion, or if you breach any of the policies or terms governing your use of the Simbound simulation software outlined within the terms & conditions of the Simbound website. If you choose not to share your details with Simbound, please do not complete any registration form on the Site where you agree to these terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability
SimzoLearn Limited shall not be held liable for any form of direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the usage, misusage, or reliance upon the Site or software provided by Simbound, or any listed partner. By utilising the Site, users acknowledge and agree that SimzoLearn Limited bears no responsibility for any such damages, including but not limited to financial loss, data corruption, or business disruptions. It is paramount for users to exercise due diligence and prudent judgement when using the Site or integrating simulation software into course offerings.
We do not guarantee that our site will be secure from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programme and platform for Site access. You should use your own virus protection software.
While SimzoLearn endeavours to ensure that the information on the website is correct, and up-to-date, we cannot guarantee its accuracy; nor do we commit to ensuring the Site remains available or the content is kept up-to-date.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The terms of this agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
